Stacy Rhone serves as Chief Executive Officer of uKnighted Enterprises Unlimited. She brings a diverse professional background as an entrepreneur, engineer, and public servant committed to community service.

A native of Austin, Texas, Stacy obtained her B.S. in Economics from the University of North Texas and furthered her education with an M.S. from the University of Texas at Austin School of Civil Engineering.

Breaking barriers, she made history as the first African American female hired in the Highway Design and Construction Division of the Texas Department of Transportation during her tenure as a Civil Engineer. This pioneering spirit continues to define her leadership at uKnighted Enterprises Unlimited, where she champions community-first development and enduring value creation.

Stephanie Douglass serves as Chief Strategy Officer for uKnighted Enterprises Unlimited. She is an experienced entrepreneur driven by her passion for empowering others to achieve their best. Drawing from her diverse entrepreneurial background, Douglass is dedicated to supporting the success of other women.

Her journey as an owner and entrepreneur includes founding The Historic Cotton Exchange, a vibrant live music bistro and art gallery, as well as The Trois Estate, an esteemed event center renowned for hosting over 200 events ranging from IPO launches to weddings and corporate gatherings.

At uKEU, Stephanie leverages her strategic acumen and entrepreneurial experience to guide the company's long-term vision and growth initiatives.

Mary Veazie serves as Chief Financial Officer of uKnighted Enterprises Unlimited. In this role, Veazie oversees accounting operations and ensures compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations. She develops financial models for land development projects which allows uKEU leadership team to make sound decisions that result in maximum value for the organization.

She manages and monitors project budgets to ensure that uKEU meets its fiduciary responsibility to stakeholders and investors.

Mary is a Certified Public Accountant with over three decades of professional experience in the realms of accounting and financial management. She possesses a wealth of accounting and financial knowledge to facilitate business development and strategic planning for organizations in various industries. Her sharp business acumen enables her to collaborate with leaders in various industries to facilitate the implementation of their strategic vision while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local rules and regulations.

Aderius Ross serves as General Counsel for uKnighted Enterprises Unlimited where he oversees all legal and regulatory matters and provides strategic counsel to support the organization's mission of empowering small businesses and fostering economic growth across Central Texas.

His work is rooted in a deep understanding of both law and business, allowing him to navigate risk while advancing uKEU's mission to support small businesses and create lasting economic opportunities across Central Texas.

Before joining uKEU, Aderius practiced commercial litigation and labor and employment law, representing businesses of all sizes across a variety of industries. That experience sharpened his ability to anticipate legal issues, craft creative solutions, and communicate clearly across teams—skills he now brings to bear in his role as an in-house advisor. His legal approach is shaped by both courtroom insight and boardroom strategy.

Aderius is a proud U.S. Army veteran and brings that same discipline, focus, and sense of service to his legal practice.

Kerrick Rhone serves as Director of Development Strategy at uKnighted Enterprises Unlimited. Kerrick is an accomplished supply chain and procurement leader with a strong background in optimizing costs, driving strategic sourcing initiatives, and building sustainable supplier partnerships.

Previously serving as the Senior Global Supply Chain Manager at Relativity Space, Kerrick has developed and implemented comprehensive procurement processes, including templates for RFPs and bid forms, which have streamlined construction operations across multi-site expansion projects. By overseeing contractor and supplier selection and pre-qualifying vendors based on financial and compliance standards, Kerrick has secured best-in-class partners for high-stakes construction projects.

Known for strategic insight, he conducts industry and supplier market research to develop well informed sourcing strategies and issue RFx for essential commodities, mitigating organizational risks through detailed bid analysis and supplier addenda.

Hasan Lewis serves as Project Coordinator for uKnighted Enterprises Unlimited. Hasan is a certified project management professional and executive support leader with expertise in translating high level strategic visions into actionable project plans across both public and nonprofit sectors.

Hasan works directly with CEO Stacy Rhone to streamline executive operations and deliver high impact roadmaps, project planning, and performance tracking across multiple community development initiatives.

With a PMP certification and a background in international business, Hasan brings a unique combination of strategic insight and hands-on execution. His career spans IT program coordination for statewide agencies, real estate consulting, and high-performance sales, consistently demonstrating his strengths in cross-functional leadership, stakeholder communication, and process optimization.

Hasan is passionate about transforming vision into actionable outcomes that support organizational growth, mission delivery, and community impact.

Andrew Travillion currently serves as the Senior Community Engagement & Marketing Analyst for uKnighted Enterprises Unlimited, where he leads the development and execution of community initiatives and marketing strategies. In this dual-role capacity, he also supports land development projects, bridging community activation with regional growth and real estate fundamentals.

With a background that spans education, youth development, and event coordination, Andrew brings a dynamic set of skills to his work including community relations, marketing strategy, event logistics, youth mentorship, and program development.

Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Montana and an Associate's Degree from San Diego Mesa College. He is a former collegiate athlete and community mentor, recognized for his leadership both on and off the field. His passion for service and engagement continues to shape his commitment to inclusive, impactful community programming.
